Norma House RN, BSN, MBA
Center Executive Director

Norma has been the Administrator/CED at Sandy River for 5 years. She brings 20+ years of experience in healthcare with her. She has a highly diversified portfolio in all facets of healthcare including: Hospital, LTC, Home health, and Medical Group settings. Norma is an accomplished leader with extensive knowledge in Managed Care Practices, as well as Medicare, and Medicaid rules and regulations.  Her genuine compassion for her geriatric population as well as her staff is second to none.

Diane Price
Center Nurse Executive

Diane has been with Sandy River Center for 11 years, beginning her career in Geriatrics as a Certified Nursing Assistant while attending nursing school. She obtained her Wound Care Certification in 2010. Diane has experience in acute and sub-acute care. She has worked as a Nurse Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing and became Center Nurse Executive in 2016. Diane and the Nursing Team are committed to Person Centered Care. She inspires her team to strive for excellence in all aspects of patient care.

Joyce Parker
Director of Admissions and Marketing

Joyce joined Genesis at Sandy River Center in October 2016. She has worked in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehab for 9 years.  She also has experience working with Assisted Living and Independent Living. Joyce strives to ensure that all interactions with patients and family members are positive. She’s committed to providing excellent customer service and positive patient outcomes.

Kim Richards
Director of Rehabilitation

Kim has led the Rehabilitation Program at Sandy River since 2004.  Her extensive community involvement includes eight years with our local ambulance service and more than 25 years with the Farmington Recreation Department.  A cornerstone within both the center and the community, Kim’s dedication to customer service and positive outcomes is evident in all she does.
