Rob Straznitskas
Center Executive Director

Spending 2007 to 2011 in Farmington, Maine at another Genesis facility, Rob missed the people and lifestyle in Maine and returned to oversee the operations at RiverRidge in Kennebunk in October of 2014. With RiverRidge having already created a customer comes first philosophy, Rob brings an open door policy while cultivating a calm, professional, caring environment for residents, guests and employees. In his spare time Rob enjoys enjoys endurance events including Ironman Triathlon races that combine swimming, biking and running up to eleven hours continuously.

David Langstaff, RN
Center Nurse Executive

David has been working in skilled healthcare for over 12 years. Seven of those was as a Certified Nursing Assistant while attending Nursing school. David graduated in the Fall of 2012 with his Associates Degree in Science in Nursing. He began working a Registered Nurse at River Ridge in July of 2012 as a floor nurse and advance to the position of Unit Manager in May of 2013. In the role as Unit Manger, David demonstrated a firm understanding of regulatory compliance while serving the brain injury community. He was promoted to Center Nursing Executive in May of 2016.

Dr. Austin Errico, PhD
Director of Brain Injury Services

Dr. Errico completed his Master's and Doctoral Degrees at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.  He received postdoctoral training in clinical psychology and clinical neuropsychology at the University of Virginia and completed his clinical internship at the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Medical Center through Stanford University.  He is on the Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Advisory Council in Maine and is also on the Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire. Dr. Errico is licensed to practice Psychology in Maine and New Hampshire.

Meghan Jodrie
Director of Admissions and Marketing

Meghan earned her Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine. She is dedicated to working with the geriatric population and has worked in the healthcare industry since 2008. Meghan also holds a  Residential Care Administrator License in the state of Maine. Meghan joined the Genesis team in 2015 and strives to ensure that quality and service exceed family and customer expectations.
