Denise has been a nurse for 38 years and received her BS in Hospital Administration in 2003. She has worked in Intensive Care, Coronary Care, Emergency Medicine and long-term care . She aided in setting up the first American hospital in Tehran Iran. In England, she worked with the nursing staff learning their concept of long-term care. Denise has additional training in the Eden style of nursing for long-term care residents. Is currently working as a part time instructor for BCCC teaching Geriatric Nursing Assistants in the Adult Education Program. She has been a DON with Genesis since 2006.
Carol has been a member of the Genesis team for over 10 years and the Admissions Director at Randallstown Center since 2006. Carol has held positions as both a teacher in the Baltimore City School Model Early Childhood Learning Program and as Director of the Infant Development Department at a Pediatric Hospital. Her love and empathy for people coupled with her desire to help those in need, led her to the health care industry.
Molly has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for over 10 years, and a Rehabilitation Program Manager for over six years. Molly has served as a CFY supervisor, student supervisor and mentor within Genesis for over nine years. Her areas of expertise are dysphasia and cognition. Molly is also Vital Stim certified, which means she can apply electrical stimulation to the throat and face to improving swallowing functions. Watching her patients progress every day and helping the patient and family achieve their goals is the best part of Molly's day.
