Keith Sexton
Center Executive Director

Keith received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lee College in Cleveland, TN. Keith has over 24 years experience in health care administration and has been with Genesis HealthCare since 2007. His compassion and management skills are assets to the center. He is committed to improving our patients quality of care and well being. He is dedicated to customer and staff satisfaction resulting in a positive facility experience. His overall operation of Raleigh Center is one with a positive work ethic as well as enhancing every patient and family experience. When not at work, Keith enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Shannon Stewart
Director of Nursing

Shannon joined the Genesis HealthCare team in 2011. She has worked in long term care for many years, working from CNA, to LPN, and further advancing her career as an RN. She received her Bachelors degree in Nursing from Mountain State University. Shannon is dedicated to ensuring our patients well-being and clinical needs are met during their stay at our center. She believes in exceptional customer service and considers our patients and their families her number one priority.

Denise Spaulding
Rehabilitation Program Manager

Denise has 10 years of experience with Genesis as a Program Manager and a Physical Therapy Assistant.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University and a Master's in Buiness Administration from the University of Charleston. The majority of Denise's professional experience is in the skilled nursing setting and some in outpatient therapy settings.

Denise Madden
Admissions Director

Denise received a Master's Degree in Social Work from West Virginia University. She has been with Genesis HealthCare for over 12 years. She serves as both Director of Social Services and Admission Director which allows her to form relationships with patients from admission to discharge. She is dedicated to ensuring patients and family have a positive experience during their stay at the center. When not at work, she enjoys vacationing and spending time with her family.
