Jessica Dragon
Center Executive Director

Jessica has served as the Center Executive Director since December of 2016. Jessica’s first job was as a CNA in a local nursing home. More recently she has spent the last 10+ years with Genesis HealthCare in the Human Resources department. These experiences have helped further Jessica’s understanding of the needs of Pheasant Wood Center. Jessica’s leadership ensures an atmosphere devoted to quality care as well as respect and appreciation for the unique needs of each patient, resident, family member and staff member.

Hannah Dunchus, RN
Center Nurse Executive

Hannah has served as the Center Nurse Executive since May of 2015. Hannah received her nursing degree from River Valley Community College and has over 10 years of nursing experience. Hannah started her long-term care career at a young age; she is a grassroots nurse who advocates for both staff and residents to ensure the highest satisfaction. Hannah has a passion for serving the long-term care population and works to ensure quality of care for all the lives she touches.

Mary McArdle
Admissions Director

Mary McArdle has been with Pheasant Wood Center since June of 2008. Mary has over twenty years of case management experience in care and rehabilitation services. Mary loves working with families and has a thorough grasp of the challenges that can come with being a caregiver.

Nick Brigham
Director of Rehabilitation

Nick has served as the Director of Rehabilitation since July of 2017. Nicholas graduated with an Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from River Valley Community College in 2011 and later graduated with his MS in Occupational Therapy from Salem State University. While going to school Nick worked in rehab settings as a therapist, he enjoys working with the geriatric population and has a passion for promoting independence in functional task that are both meaningful and beneficial. Nick strives to promote measurable improvements through his staff and the use of evidence based practices.
