Paul Crook, MBA, NHA
Center Executive Director

Paul has been in the field of caring for people in different capacities for the last 15 years. He began his healthcare career in 1991 as an Administrator in Training with Volunteers of America.  After finishing the AIT course, and the MBA program, his first position in Long Term Care was as Social Services Designee.  Later he moved into a position as Nursing Home Administrator in Delta, Colorado.  During his healthcare management career, Paul worked in Oregon, New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming, in both ALF and SNFs.  Paul also has a background in Behavioral Health units, having worked at 2 different facilities with Certified Behavior units.  Paul grew up in New Mexico, lived in Albuquerque for many years, and attended and graduated from The University of New Mexico.  Paul said he really enjoys working with and caring for our Seniors, and there is nowhere he would rather be.

Diana Bellgard
Admissions Director

Diana began working in health care in 1982. She has worked at Mesa Manor for over 7 years. Working at Mesa Manor has helped Diana fulfill her dream of helping residents and their loved ones by ensuring that they will be loved and well cared for.

Laurel Dunham Sampson
Therapy Department Manager

Laurel moved to Colorado and joined the Mesa Manor team in August, 2012. She has been a physical therapist for 10 years with 8 of those years being in the Long-term Care setting. Laurel enjoys working with the residents in this setting as she focuses on iincreasing their independence and safety with functional mobility. She is also very interested in pain managment techniques to increase the comfort of her residents.
