Our Leadership Team

Paul Cohen
Center Executive Director

Paul holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from The George Washington University.  He has 18 years of experience as a hospital administrator at hospitals in New York and more recently as the Chief Operating Officer of Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, NJ.  Paul is a licensed nursing home administrator in New Jersey and New York and has held leadership positions in long term care for the past 15 years.  He was the recipient of the American College of Health Care Administrators Eli Pick leadership award in 2015 and 2016.  Paul is the author of The Vault Guide to Health Care Management and was a contributor to the Gilbert Guide to Long Term Care.

Louise Tagliareni
Director of Nursing

Louise graduated from the University of Misericordia with a BSN and from OtterBien College with a MSN in Nursing Administration. She has been an adjunct professor in nursing and has been a DON in home care and long-term care for over 10 years. Ms. Tagliareni has been the Director of Nursing of Madison Center since 2005.

Jessica Longa
Admissions Director

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2012 from Felician University. She began her healthcare career working as a medical technician before changing career paths into an Admissions Assistant role. She then spent the last 7 years in an admissions and customer service position in several facilities until becoming the Admissions Director for Madison Center in 2017. Jessica is incredibly passionate about her work and always strives that each patient and family member receives exemplary care and service in our facility. She is always available to lend a listening ear or answer any questions you may have.

Anthony Castronovo
Director of Rehabilitation

Anthony earned his Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2011 from Kean University. He has 7 years of clinical experience as he primarily works with the geriatric population in various settings such acute rehab, skilled nursing facilities, home care, and outpatient. He is a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Occupational Therapy Association. Anthony has led his team in achieving positive clinical outcomes covering a wide variety of clinical diagnoses since his position as the Director of Rehabilitation at Madison Center. He is committed to providing the best quality rehab services so that our patients and residents can continue to have the best quality of life.
