Roger Marrow
Center Executive Director

Roger Graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 1991 and started in nursing facilities as a Social Worker. In 1995, Roger received his Administrators License and started as an Administrator in facilities in the Lubbock area. In 2007, he received his MBA in health care management. Roger looks forward in working with the team at Lubbock Hospitality House to create a family atmosphere and provide quality care to our residents.

Mindi Beck, RN
Center Nurse Executive

Mindi began her nursing career in 1991, upon graduation from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing. After working in many different specialties, within nursing, she discovered that geriatric nursing is her passion. Mindi began her tenure at Lubbock Hospitality in August 2017. She strives to ensure that her residents are not just healthy, but also happy. “The best way to ensure happy residents, is by having a wonderful, compassionate nursing staff and I have one of the greatest!”

Shandi Fielding-Devenport
Director of Marketing & Admissions

Shandi was born and raised right here in Lubbock. She has been in the healthcare field since 2002. Shandi has worked as a nurse for a little over 2 years and took on the role of Director of Marketing and Admissions in September of 2017. She looks forward to bringing in new residents, whether it’s a short term or long term stay, or admitting residents to the Memory Care Unit. Shandi has always enjoyed working in healthcare and most of all, looks forward to working along side the families she comes in contact with while caring for their loved ones

Matt Rossin
Director of Rehabilitation

Matt began his therapy career in 2010 in Wisconsin, where he graduated from Western Technical College. Matt first took a role as a traveling PTA here and has since been a full-time staff member at Hospitality for over six years. Matt began as a staff therapist and was promoted to Assistant Director of Rehabilitation for the last five years. Matt has taken over the role as Director of Rehabilitation beginning in July of 2016 and is looking forward to continuing to make Hospitality a great place to receive rehabilitation and get home as quickly as possible.
