Stephen Oberle
Center Executive Director

Stephen has been a Genesis HealthCare employee since 2001. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and his Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Towson University. Dedicated to exceptional customer service and quality care, Stephen believes that a facility which is operated with collaboration from all the stakeholders: residents, patients, family members, and it’s employees, is a facility that will see the best possible outcomes for everyone.

Linda Streckfus, RN
Interim Center Nurse Executive

Linda is a graduate of University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.  Although, she has only been with Genesis Health Care for slightly over one year, she has not changed her expectations in her role of CNE (Director of Nursing).  In the past, Linda has over fifteen years’ experience as a Director of Nursing.  Her strong belief in providing excellent care for the residents.  This is done mainly with communication to all levels, problem resolution with follow up, evaluations regularly, showing praise for a job well done, counseling, and implementing positive outcomes throughout the Nursing Department.  Personal goal is to reach the FIVE STAR rating at Loch Raven.

Lindia Moore
Admissions Director

Lindia has been employed with Genesis since 1998 working in several management and corporate positions. For the past several years, Lindia has worked as Admissions Director and finds great pleasure in assisting patients and family members in the placement decision making process. Lindia has been afforded the opportunity to gain a vast knowledge of Genesis HealthCare's operations and is proud to be a part of a team with customer and quality services as our main focus.

Lisa Massucci
Director of Rehabilitation

Lisa is not only the Director of Rehabilitation, but also a dedicated Occupational Therapist. She attended McDaniel college for her undergraduate degree, and attended Bren au University for graduate school to become a board certified Occupational therapist. When Lisa is not at work, she enjoys staying fit with CrossFit training, and playing with her two dogs, Finley and Draco. Lisa began with Genesis as a student, then continued with the company as a treating therapist, and now as a Director of Rehabilitation as well. In total, she has been with the company for four years.
