Matthew Trinnaman
Center Executive Director

Matthew grew up in Alpine, Utah alongside his 8 siblings, where he realized his passion for life and service to others early on.  After serving a 2 year Brazilian mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he worked as a youth mentor while attending Utah State University.  Matt worked as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist for 7 years at the Arizona State Hospital with some of the most difficult clients in the state.  He went on to earn his Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Northern Arizona University, and continued to work as a Program Director in nursing homes for 6 years, then earned his Administrator's license. Married with 6 children, Matt is a self-proclaimed BYU Football and Utah Jazz fanatic.  Matt is dedicated to creating culture that embodies our mission to improve the lives we touch through the delivery of high quality health care and everyday compassion.

Brandon Pilot
Director of Nursing

Brandon has 22 years of experience in skilled nursing, and 15 years of Director of Nursing experience. Brandon has a passion for dementia care and skilled areas of nursing. He enjoys the interaction with residents, staff and family members.

Pam Leonard
Admissions Director

Pam is the Admissions Director at Lake Ridge Center. She has been employed by the facility for 15 years. She also has a dual role of Social Services and does a great job at both.

Ken Exeter
Rehab/Specialty Program Director

Ken is the Program Manager of the rehabilitation department. He has over 25 years of therapy experience and has been the Program Manager at Lake Ridge for 14 years. The rehab program offers Occupational and Speech/Swallow therapy. Each therapist at Lake Ridge has made the choice to work with the dementia population and enjoys the interaction with each resident and their families. The department has over 50 years combined therapy experience.
