Rebecca Butler
Center Executive Director

Rebecca has been the CED at Lafayette for 3 years. She and her family relocated to the North Country from Idaho State. Rebecca has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for 5 years, holding licenses in TN and ID before moving to NH. Previous to earning her nursing home administrator’s license she was a nursing home social services director for 6 years. Rebecca has her Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology with a minor in Family Studies and Master’s Degrees in Gerontology with an emphasis in Long Term Care Administration. Rebecca has always loved working with the elderly.

Karen Altobelli
Center Nurse Executive

Karen has been a nurse with Genesis HealthCare for seven years and has worked in many different roles within the company.  The diversity of her positions helps Karen to understand many different roles and how to support not only her staff but also the patients under her care.  Karen and her family are residents of Bethlehem, New Hampshire and she is well know in the area community.

Hannah Covarrubias
Director of Rehabilitation

Hannah has worked as an Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing facility for 4.5 years. She was educated at the University of New Hampshire and earned her Bachelors degree in Child and Family Studies and her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. She is licensed to practice in both New Hampshire and Vermont and she also has her certification to practice physical agent modalities in NH. She was born and raised in Bethlehem, NH and resides there with her husband, five year old step-daughter and their two dogs. She started working as an OT at the Lafayette center in 2014 and she is very excited for her new role in the building as rehab manager. Hannah says: We pride ourselves on our patient-centered and functionally based treatment sessions which have included cooking, shopping and gardening. Our goal is to get our patients back to doing what they love safely and independently.
