Christopher Daroczy
Center Executive Director

Christopher has been with La Estancia since February 2017. Chris brings 17+ years of healthcare management experience in multiple roles with a strong emphasis on having an open door policy and doing the right thing. He has a Master’s Degree from Lehman College and believes in leadership that is service and knowing it is a privilege to better the lives of others. His philosophy for resident care is: the better you know your residents and their expectations, the better you will meet their needs and overall care.

Tammie Yeary, RN
Center Nurse Executive

Tammie has been with La Estancia since July 2018. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1996. Tammie is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and served in that role at her previous center for 2 years. Prior to that she was the DON at that center for 8 years. Tammie has worked in several areas of SNF/LTC, as a Unit Manager; MDS Coordinator; ADON, DON and Administrator. Nursing is where her heart is and she enjoys interacting with patients, residents and their families. She has been blessed in her career to have leaders who set great examples. Her philosophy is to take care of her residents, patients and families and to always be a good listener, accomplish this and everything else will fall into place.

Lacey John
Admissions Director

Lacey has been with La Estancia since 2017 and has over 9 years of experience working in the senior industry. Lacey believes in treating every resident as if they were her own family. She acknowledges that every job role within skilled nursing and long term care is equally important in creating a successful experience and outcome for each resident.

Rebecca Goldstein
Director of Rehabilitation

Rebecca has worked at La Estancia since December 2010 as a COTA. She has her BA from Kean University in Recreation Administration/Therapeutic Recreation. Rebecca took that degree and became a Child Life Specialist, working with hospitalized children for 15 years, in hospitals from Philadelphia, New Jersey, San Diego and Virginia. She attended Grossmont Community College in El Cajon, CA and received her Associates degree in Occupational Therapy. Rebecca began my career as a COTA working in pediatrics, including the school setting and outpatient clinics. She had a desire to work with the geriatric population for years and is now fulfilling that dream.
