Tanya Ford
Center Executive Director

Tanya received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marshall University in 2000 and went on to complete her studies obtaining a Master’s in Psychology in 2002 from Argosy University in Atlanta, GA. Tanya has lived and worked in the Oak Hill area since 2003. Tanya spent most of her career in the child sector working with children and families as the WV Director at Pressley Ridge for Foster Care, Adoption and Community Based Services. Tanya made her career change shortly after having her own personal experience with long term care services when her mother became ill. She joined the Genesis team in September of 2015 as the Executive Director at the Summit, an Assisted Living Community. She joined the Hidden Valley team in July of 2017. Tanya has a true compassion for all of our residents and families and carries with her high expectations for exceptional quality care. Tanya states, “I try to always ask what I would want for my loved one and hold us to those expectations.”

Sherry Wells
Rehabilitation Program Director

Sherry has been with Genesis since 2002 and became the Rehabilitation Program Manager in 2005.  She has an MS in Speech Pathology from California University of PA and a BS in Speech Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University.

Angela McGrady
Admissions/Marketing Director

Angie did volunteer work at Genesis HealthCare's Hilltop Center while still in high school and this led to a job in the Medical Records Department after graduation. She then became the Health Information Director at Genesis' Raleigh Center and transferred to Hidden Valley Center in 2008. Her employment in various facilities has given her over 20 years of experience in the health care field. She is also a Clinical Coder and has participated in continuing education to further her knowledge in this field.  In 2011, Angie returned to school and received her certification as a Paralegal from George Mason University, graduating in the top of her class. She is now pursuing further education in Health Care legal issues and patient advocacy. She became the Admissions and Marketing Director for Hidden Valley Center in 2012 and is enjoying developing relationships with patients, residents and their families.
