Heritage Nursing Care Center is located northwest of Boston, Massachusetts, in an urban setting in the historically-significant city of Lowell. Its spacious center overlooks the beautiful Merrimack River. Heritage is centrally located between two community hospitals and easily accessible from southern New Hampshire and the Boston Metropolitan Area. Heritage is organized into three distinct communities. The first floor is an Alzheimer's Community fittingly named Homestead, overseen by a full-time program manager specialized in Alzheimer's Disease. The second floor is a Medicare community which specializes in medically-complex care, pain and wound management, IV therapies, and intensive Rehabilitative Services, all overseen by Medical Director, Dr. Eric Romanowsky. The third floor community services include LongTerm Care and Restorative Care.
