Stacey Coderre has been the Director of Nursing at Heritage Hall South since 2008 and an employee of Genesis HealthCare since 2003. Stacey has more than 20 years experience working in clinical settings including acute and long-term care and serving in various management roles in long-term care /skilled nursing facilities. Her nursing career started as a licensed practical nurse in 1991 and she became a registered nurse in 2001.
Leann has been an Admissions Director since 1992. She has worked for Genesis in Connecticut and Massachusetts for eight years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Gerontology. She is an advocate for her residents and is very excited to work with the Dialysis Center team.
