Heidi Lapanne
Center Executive Director

Heidi joined Genesis HealthCare in 2009 and recently joined Hackett Hill as the Center Executive Director in 2016. Prior to joining the team at Hackett Hill, she was a Social Service Director and then completed her Administrator in Training program to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at a Genesis HealthCare center in MA. Heidi is committed to providing the highest level of quality care and providing a pleasurable environment for patients, residents and employees.

Lisa Roche, RN
Center Nurse Executive

Lisa has over thirty five years of experience in the geriatric healthcare field. With seventeen prior years as a Director of Nursing, she joined the Genesis HealthCare team in 2014 and is now the Center Nurse Executive at Hackett Hill Center. Her mission is to provide quality individualized care with the focus on customer satisfaction.

Jessica Turcotte
Admissions Director

Jessica has been at Hackett Hill Center since 2004 and Genesis HealthCare since the acquisition of the building in November of 2014. She has worked as a Licensed Nurses Assistant, as well as other positions prior to becoming Admission Director in 2014.

Timothy Lunn, OT/L
Director of Rehabilitation

Tim has been practicing OT since 2001 in the state of NH.  Graduate from the University of New Hampshire and the University of Southern Maine, his experience has spanned a variety of settings and roles that has established his leadership foundation.  Tim has experience working in outpatient, short term rehab/acute rehab at CMC, referral services, and long term care since 2005.  Tim has been very involved in the OT community working for NHOTA, teaching at UNH in the Occupational Therapy program, and mentoring numerous students/employees.  He has been noted by his peers in 2012 by NHOTA for a Service Award, by Genesis in 2010 for Clinical Innovation and Practice, 2011 for Business Excellence, 2012 for Customer Excellence and Clinical Excellence.  He has also been noted by NHOTA as Practitioner of the year in 2015.  He has a very strong passion for the Skilled rehab population and its purpose for those that require his teams services.
