Daniel Balli, NHA, MSHA
Center Executive Director

Born and raised in Texas, Dan moved to Colorado 24 years ago and began his career in long term care as a Nursing Home Administrator. In 1980, Dan graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Business & Industrial Management. Furthering his education, Dan graduated with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration in 1991. Dan’s experience in long term care and his passion for caring for the elderly is a great addition to the Genesis family.

Pamela Brooks, RN
Center Nurse Executive

Joining the Golden Peaks family in 2016, Pamela has over twenty years of nursing experience. Pamela’s most recent experience includes maintaining a 5- Star facility and achieving deficiency free surveys for the past three years. Pamela’s goal has always been to help provide the highest level of quality care while maintaining a home-like atmosphere where residents and employees come together creating a family environment.

Desiree Wingstrom
Admissions Director

Desiree is perfectly suited to her position as our Admissions Director. Desiree has been an active part of the Northern Colorado community working with the geriatric population for the past 15 years.  It is definitely in Desiree’s nature to put the needs of others first, and find the best fit for her clients.

Michelle Austin, OT
Rehabilitation Program Manager

Michelle has been an occupational therapist for 13 years and is a graduate of Colorado State University. Michelle has worked in a variety of settings including skilled nursing, home health, outpatient, acute and sub-acute psychiatric care and acute hospital; although the majority of her experience is in skilled nursing. Michelle enjoys working with individuals and their families in helping them achieve the highest level of independence based on the patient’s goals for themselves.
