Marnie Talamona
Center Senior Executive Director

Marnie has been the Senior Administrator at Glen Hill Center since 2000, while also overseeing Glen Crest Center. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Western Connecticut State University and Naugatuck Valley Community-Technical College. Proud to be a recipient of several awards including: Step I and II Quality awards (AHCA), Gold Award and Master Examiner (AHCA), outstanding performance in Research Methodology in justice and Law Administration. Marnie is also a Certified CPR instructor.

Andrea Merola
Director of Nursing

Andrea has fifteen years of experience in long term care and has been the Director of Nursing at Glen Hill since 2014. She previously worked at Glen Hill for eight years prior to leaving to complete her BSN.

Beth Panepinto
Director of Admissions and Marketing

Beth has been a Brookfield resident for over 35 years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from Western Connecticut State University. Prior to graduating, Beth worked in the health care industry in two Danbury Skilled Nursing facilities, two local non-medical Home Care Agencies & an Adult Day facility. Beth was a Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Kraft Foods in Tarrytown, NY, Bigelow Tea in Fairfield, CT and PEZ Candy, Inc. in Orange, CT. She has over 10 years’ experience in the Health Care Industry interacting with dozens of Facilities, Hospitals, Medical & Non-Medical Agencies, professionals and senior community leaders with a primary focus in Geriatric Care.

Stacie Bretthauer, PT, DPT
Director of Rehabilitation

Stacie has been a Physical Therapist for Glen Hill Center since 2011. She is a graduate of Elon University and New York Medical College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Stacie is a credentialed clinical instructor in mentoring the next generation of therapy professionals. She understands that medical education is an ongoing process and continues to supplement her university education with courses to improve her skillset and scope of knowledge. She is proud to be a team member of such a highly-awarded facility.
