Marnie Talamona
Center Senior Executive Director

Marnie has been the Senior Administrator at Glen Hill Center since 2000, while also overseeing Glen Crest Center. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Western Connecticut State University and Naugatuck Valley Community-Technical College. Proud to be a recipient of several awards including: Step I and II Quality awards (AHCA), Gold Award and Master Examiner (AHCA), outstanding performance in Research Methodology in justice and Law Administration. Marnie is also a Certified CPR instructor.

Andrea Merola
Director of Nursing

Andrea has fifteen years of experience in long term care and has been the Director of Nursing at Glen Hill since 2014. She previously worked at Glen Hill for eight years prior to leaving to complete her BSN.

Jolene Ruby
Director of Admissions and Marketing

Jolene began as the Admissions Director at Glen Hill in March of 2015 but has truly grown up in the skilled nursing facility setting. She graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2013; and is currently finishing her Graduate Certificate in Long-Term HealthCare Administration at the University of Connecticut. She enjoys the daily interaction with residents and their loved ones, and the opportunity to showcase the benefits of our center through community interaction.

Stacie Bretthauer, PT, DPT
Director of Rehabilitation

Stacie has been a Physical Therapist for Glen Hill Center since 2011. She is a graduate of Elon University and New York Medical College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Stacie is a credentialed clinical instructor in mentoring the next generation of therapy professionals. She understands that medical education is an ongoing process and continues to supplement her university education with courses to improve her skillset and scope of knowledge. She is proud to be a team member of such a highly-awarded facility.
