Cynthia Wagoner, RN, NHA
Center Executive Director

Cindy began working at Dawnview Center in 1988 as Director of Nursing Services. She received the DNS of the Year award from Genesis HealthCare in 2002. She has had her Gerontological Nursing Certificate since 1995. Cindy is an instructor for the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers since 1990, a member of the Mineral County Licensed Nurse Program Advisory Board since 1994 and President of this board since 2000. Cindy became a Licensed Administrator in 2004. In 2013, Cindy was awarded the Distinguished Administrator of the Year from the West Virginia Health Care Association. Cindy’s strong leadership and guidance has provided her staff with the support needed to be the provider of choice for long-term  and rehabilitation care in the area.

Tammy LaFollette
Center Nurse Executive

Tammy graduated from Hampshire High School in 1990. She went on to attend the Mineral County VoTech LPN program where she graduated on December 1994. Tammy started working as a staff nurse at Dawnview on January 3, 1995. In 2008, she received her BSN from Mountain State  University. At that time, she became the Assistant Director of Nursing.  She was promoted to Director of Nursing/CNE in 2016. Tammy is dedicated to Dawnview Center in carrying out our core values and beliefs.

David E. Gainer
Admissions Director

David joined Dawnview Center in June of 2013 bringing substantial experience in communications to the position of Admissions Director.  David has a MS degree in communications and has worked in the Washington, DC. market for many years.  David's media communications and production skills have been used for training, public relations, marketing, and promotional projects for clients in government, industry, the military, and national associations. In 2013, David moved closer to his home town of Romney, WV located near Dawnview.  David is enthusiastic about working with Dawnview's residents and families and marketing to surrounding areas to promote Dawnview to the public.

Erin King
Director of Rehabilitation

Erin has been an employee of GRS/Dawnview Center since February 2005, serving as the director of rehab for the last six years.  Erin is an occupational therapy assistant by background, graduating from Allegany College of Maryland in 1998 with her Associates in Applied Science Degree.  She is also a 2000 graduate from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, earning an Associates in Specialized Technology degree.  Erin and her husband, Jamie, have a daughter, Devyn, and reside in Westernport, MD.
