Our Leadership Team

Erin Dalhausser, RN, BSN
Director of Nursing

Erin has more than 3 decades of nursing experience. She is a nurse leader and patient advocate. Her areas of expertise include adult and geriatric nursing practice and health care administration. Erin’s area of focus has been in the development and mentoring of young nurses and aides. She has held regional positions which focused on risk management and policy and procedure development. Erin is also dedicated to the dementia patient. She is a Dementia Certified Practitioner. She has developed nursing and activity staff in dementia units and “neighborhoods” throughout the state. Erin also is a volunteer in the community. She is involved in literacy programs and homeless shelters.

Carol Twomey, CRNP
Nurse Practitioner

Carol graduated from LaSalle undergraduate program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Carol graduated from University of Pennsylvania where she received both her Master of Science degree in Nursing in Nurse Practitioner and Critical Care. She worked with the Heart Failure Transplant team at University of Pennsylvania until 2003. Carol was the Clinical Director of Cardiac Surgery Nurse Practitioners until 2010, then she became the Lead Nurse Practitioner for the cardiac surgery step down unit.  She has authored multiple articles in critical care nursing, as well as book chapter in Heart Failure. Carol has lectured extensively both locally and abroad on heart failure, heart transplant and mitral valve disorders. She was the Program Director for the International Society of Heart/Lung transplant annual meeting in Austria.  She has over 20 years experience as an Nurse Practitioner in both cardiology and cardiac surgery, as well as general medicine. Carol joined Crestview Center in 2010.
