Derek Marchand
Center Executive Director

Derek joined Genesis HealthCare in 2011 and recently joined Courtyard Nursing Care Center as the Executive Director in 2016. He is a graduate on Stonehill College with a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, and is currently pursuing his Masters Degree at Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to joining the team at Courtyard, he was the Administrator of a 99-bed facility in Danvers, MA specializing in care for residents with memory and behavioral challenges. Derek's main focus as the Executive Director is to enhance the daily lives of all patients, residents, families, and Center staff.

Linda Twohig
Director of Nursing

Linda earned an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Middlesex Community College in 1985 and graduated from Rivier College with a BSNN in 2000. Linda has 30 years of nursing experience and has been working in Skilled Nursing care management for over 20 years. She has been a Director of Nursing for over 19 years and also has extensive experience in cardiac step-down care and general surgery.  Linda has been the DON at Courtyard for 12 years.

Jesika Cyr
Admission Director

Jesika graduated from Fisher College in Boston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a marketing concentration.  She has been employed in the healthcare industry for 19 years.  She is committed to improving the quality of life for people and families. Jesika has spent a great deal serving the nursing and rehabilitation population in a number of roles.  She is dedicated to providing  positive patient outcomes and positive experiences for each individualized case.  She focuses on exceptional customer service and makes herself available to anyone in need of services or resources.

Pooja Baua, MOTR/L
Director of Rehabilitation

Pooja is an Occupational therapist with specialization in Geriatrics, Cardio-pulmonary diseases and hand Rehab. Pooja received her Bachelor's in Occupational therapy internationally and worked for 2 years in home care, acute hospitals and Pediatrics. Pooja received her Master's in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University in 2010. After working as a treating therapist in TCU SNF's, she has held Program Manager and Director of Rehabilitation roles in SNF's since 2013. Pooja has received Monthly Area TOP DOG award thrice for business and clinical excellence in the year 2014-2015.
