David Kinder
Center Executive Director

David Kinder was the Administrator of Victoria Manor and Victoria Commons from 1997 to 2003. In the year 2000 while Administrator, Mr. Kinder was selected as the Genesis Administrator of the Year for the Mid-Atlantic Region. After a ten (10) year hiatus, On October 29, 2012 Mr. Kinder returned as the Administrator of Victoria Manor. Mr. Kinder has experience being an Administrator at a CCRC, SNF, Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Facility, and for an Assisted Living Community. He believes in managing by walking around (MBWA) and always puts the resident’s needs first. His favorite management book is “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, by Stephen Covey. He has an Open Door Policy for residents, family, visitors and staff. Feel free to drop in at any time. Mr. Kinder attended the MBA program in Healthcare Administration at Temple University and received a BA in Business Administration from Penn State University, majoring in Health Care Administration. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Lois Hellmig, RNC, CRRN
Director of Nursing

Lois is board certified in Geriatrics and Rehabilitation. Lois has been in Nursing for over 25 years, starting her career at Cape Regional Medical Center. She quickly moved into long term care and has served as Director of Nursing for over 20 years. Lois brings years of experience and professionalism to Court House Center. She has been an employee of Genesis HealthCare for over 20 years and spent three years in a corporate position. Lois has been married for 38 years, has one daughter and two granddaughters. She enjoys cooking, baking and is an avid reader in her free time.

Patricia Preston
Admissions Director

Patti has worked in healthcare for over 25 years, providing excellent customer service as an Admissions Director as well as working with patients in primary care and specialty offices. Patti lives locally with her husband and takes great pride in striving to meet the ever-changing healthcare needs of the patients, residents and families we care for.
