Our Leadership Team

Brooks Kling, RN
Director of Nursing

Brooks is a Moses Lake native where he started his career right here at Columbia Crest as a CNA in 2003.  Brooks has worked up through the ranks as LPN, RN, Care Manager and finally accepting the position of Director of Nursing.  After earning his RN degree, he spent 6 years in the emergency room and is a board certified Emergency Room Nurse.  The skills he learned in that fast paced environment have allowed him to critically think, prioritize, and pass his knowledge to our staff to better meet the complex medical needs of our patients.  Although he considers himself an ER nurse through and through, his roots are in geriatrics.  He can be found conversing with our long term residents on a daily basis.  Brooks has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys fishing, hunting, camping and golfing.

Holly Martin
Director of Admissions

Holly joined the Columbia Crest team in August of 2017. Upon graduating from Ohio Valley University she began working in the mental health field. Holly was drawn to skilled nursing after experiencing and being exposed to it within her own family. Holly has a passion for empowerment and advocacy, and strives to create a smooth and flawless transition of care for all patients who may stay at our facility. She believes in community outreach and relations, and aims to be a pleasant, warm, and compassionate "point of contact" for all incoming patients and families.
