Christopher Caverretta
Center Executive Director

Christopher is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah and earned his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. His career began as a social worker in 2004 working with adolescents then transferring to the State of NH for child protection. In 2013 he transitioned to long-term care and became a licensed Administrator in 2016. He joined Genesis HealthCare in January, 2016. When not at work Chris enjoys playing sports, watching his children play sports and spending time with his family.

Dannielle Libby, RN
Center Nurse Executive

Dannielle comes to Colonial Hill Center with a healthcare background consisting of over 15 years. Her career began as a licensed nursing assistant where she found her passion for caring for others. She earned her nursing degree from Great Bay Community College in New Hampshire. Dannielle is currently working on obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Southern New Hampshire University. Her experience consists of RN Case Management, home care, long-term care, dementia care and skilled care. Dannielle has worked for Genesis HealthCare since 2011. Prior to joining the team at Colonial Hill Center she performed many roles including Nurse Unit Manager-Director of a Transitional Care Unit and Assistant Director of Nursing at Genesis facilities located in the Seacoast Region. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family going camping and doing outdoor activities.

Kara Couture
Admissions Director

Kara earned her BA in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire. She started her career in skilled nursing and long-term care right here at Colonial Hill Center 10 years ago. She transferred to another Genesis facility for a while but returned to Colonial Hill Center in August, 2016. Prior to becoming the Admissions Director her other role was Director of Social Services. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, their son and dog.

Nicole Faucher, OTR/L
Director of Rehabilitation

Nicole is a graduate of Springfield College in MA, where she earned a BS in Psychology and a MS in Occupational Therapy. She has a genuine drive to help people and a special interest in geriatric therapy. Nicole is originally from Connecticut. She and her husband move to the Seacoast in 2014. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing with their dogs, Nala and Molly.
