Tom Kelley
Center Executive Director

Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis on Healthcare Administration, from Marshall University. Tom has worked in the healthcare field since 1987 and has worked as an Administrator since 1992. Rose Rutter
Director of Nursing

Rose is originally from Ripley, West Virginia and has been a practicing nurse since 1983. Rose had received her LPN in 1988 and became an RN in 1999. She has been affiliated with Genesis since she started working in 1983, and has worked under many titles: LPN, RN, CNA, and Assistant Director of Nursing, CRC, Unit Manager, and lastly Director of Nursing, which she has been for the past nine years. She has her associate's degree in nursing and is certified in geriatrics from West Virginia University. Rose feels that she did not choose nursing as a profession, but it chose her. "My mother was a nurse and I feel as if I grew up in long term care as I would go to work with her in the 1970's. Some of my aunts, nieces, and cousins are all nurses, so I consider the profession to be somewhat part of who I am and what makes me, me. I truly love it; public service is in my blood."

Kista Patterson
Admissions Director

Kista has been working for Genesis since April 2000.  She worked in several departments (Medical Records, Business Office, and Social Services), before becoming the Admissions Director in November 2008.

Director of Rehabilitation

Amanda has a B.S. in Communication Disorders from Marshall University and a M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. She started her career as a speech-language pathologist working in schools in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. In 2014, she moved back to the area to start a career with Genesis at Putnam Center in 2014. In September of 2016, Amanda transferred to Cedar Ridge Center as Director of Rehabilitation. Amanda enjoys working with the geriatric population and is dedicated to making sure all patients receive the best quality of therapy and are able to achieve their personal goals.
