Richard Goldsmith, LNHA
Center Executice Director

Richard comes to Catonsville Commons with over 40 years' experience in long term care. He received his BS and MBA degrees from the University of Baltimore. He received his Nursing Home Administrator license in 1983. He has received "Administrator of the Year" award twice. Richard served as President of MANPHA (now LifeSpan) and has served on the Board of Directors at St. Catherine's Nursing Home in Emmitsburg, Maryland. While he has seen many changes in the health care industry, his love for the elderly remains constant. 

DeAulo Walton, RN
Center Nurse Executive

DeAulo became a Registered Nurse in 2004 after working as a nurse’s aide for 3 years. He has been serving the Geriatric population since 2002 and truly loves it! He continued his education and has received a BSN in 2008, became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio in 2010, received an MBA with a Healthcare Management concentration in 2013 and will graduate in November 2015 with his MSN. DeAulo has been awarded great clinical outcomes in the past centers he has served in Ohio. He will continue to provide the same level of service for the residents of Catonsville Commons.

Jon Harless
Admissions Director

Jon Harless has been the Director of Admissions at Catonsville Commons for 10 years. He has his BS in Business Administration from Salisbury State University. Jon has worked in the long-term care industry for 20 years. He is customer service oriented and dedicated to both the residents and their family members.

Antoinette Shaw
Rehabilitation Program Director

Antoinette is a graduate of Howard University and has been a program director with Genesis for over 20 years. Antoinette is highly respected in her field and oversees a clinically advanced group of therapists. Antoinette and her staff provide the residents of Catonsville Commons with a unique combination of comprehensive knowledge along with a reassuring and comforting approach.
