Samantha Elliott, NHA
Center Executive Director

Samantha has worked for Genesis HealthCare since 1998 and became a Licensed Administrator in October 2013.  She has over 15 years of leadership experience and is a graduate of University of Maryland University College.  She was prevously the Business Office Manger at Spa Creek Center prior to taking the Administrator position at Caton Manor in December 2013.

Racheal R Ray, RN, BSN, BS, PA, AAS
Director of Nursing

Racheal graduated from Stevenson University with a BSN in 2010. Her nursing career with Genesis began in 1998 as a nurse on a sub-acute skilled unit. She transitioned to unit manager in 1999 when she obtained her certifications in Wound Care ,IV's and Peritoneal Dialysis. As a trained PA with a nursing background, she had the opportunity to work as a medical manager after 9/11 on the government project to standardize processes for screening hiring and maintenance of staff for TSU at airports in Alaska, Mississippi and Maryland. Since Joining the Caton Manor family in 2007, Racheal has transitioned from staff nurse on the skilled unit and progressed to Director of Nursing.

Joshua Insley
Director of Admissions and Marketing

Joshua graduated in 2017 from Salisbury University with a BA in Health and Psychology. He was introduced to the healthcare industry during his internship at a Genesis facility in Frederick, MD. He soon found an interest in Admissions and Marketing and found his place at Caton Manor.

Beth Abell, MS OTR/L
Rehabilitation Program Manager

Beth received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University. Beth began her career as an occupational therapist at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2008 in mental health. She started working in Sub-Acute Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care for Genesis in 2011. Beth is confident that together with her rehabilitation team and the staff at Caton Manor, individuals will receive the best quality of care to function at their highest practical level.
