John Eric Munson, MBA, LNHA
Center Executive Director

John is a native born Las Crucen.  He received his Bachelor of Accountancy from NMSU in 1989 and earned his CPA in 1990, while working in El Paso, Texas.  He transitioned from public accounting into health care accounting and management and received his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UNM in 1997.  John became a licensed administrator in 2009.  He assumed the helm at Casa De Oro in 2011.  He is proud to be serving his community, helping our team provide quality care, timely treatment and excellent service.

Debbie Coulter, BSN, RN
Director of Nursing

Debbie graduated from NMSU with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  Debbie has spent 37 years in long-term care, serving as a director of nursing for 26 of those years.  Debbie teaches CNA classes part-time at our local community college.

Rita Glasscock
Director of Admissions

Rita is a proud member of the 20 year club.  She has 36 years with Genesis through the Sun HealthCare acquisition.  Rita started out as Activities Director at Casa Del Sol back in 1977.  She moved to Casa De Oro as Admissions Director and Social Service in October of 1981.  Rita rotated through postings in our sister centers and returned home to Casa De Oro a few years ago.  She has had the pleasure of admitting sons and daughters of residents that she admitted earlier in her career.  Rita brings a wealth of experience with Medicaid eligibility and assisting families with the transition of loved ones from home to Long Term Care.

Brian McConnell, MA, CCC-SLP
Rehab/Specialty Program Director

Brian finished his Bachelor of Arts, in Theater Arts in 1990 and graduated with his Master of Arts in Communication Disorders from NMSU in 1992.  He has been a practicing speech-language pathologist for 21 years, serving as the Rehabilitation Program Director at Casa De Oro since 2007.  His expertise is focused on cognition, dementia and dysphasia.
