Rose Holicker, MBA, LNHA
Center Executive Director

Rose completed her undergraduate at WVSU and obtained her MBA from the University of Charleston, where she is currently a doctoral student. Prior to entering healthcare, Rose worked in Insurance and Finance for over ten years. She has a deep commitment and passion for delivering quality care to our residents, empowering and promoting our dedicated staff and improving the quality of life for all who live, work and visit Brightwood Center. Outside of work, Rose enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Adrienne Conant, RN
Center Nurse Executive

Adrienne is a registered nurse with an Associates in Applied Science (AAS) degree.  She brings 18 years of long-term and skilled nursing experience to the role of CNE.  Adrienne started with Genesis as a LPN in 2006 until becoming a Registered Nurse (RN), where she worked as Charge Nurse and then spent 5 years as one of Brightwood's Assistant Directors of Nursing.  She has been providing quality care and nursing excellence with Brightwood, Genesis for over 11 years.

Lita M. Moore, BSW
Director of Admissions and Marketing

Lita graduated with honors from WVNCC in 2014 with two Associate of Arts (AA) degrees.  She went on to graduate from Bethany College with honors in 2016 with her Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) degree.  Lita has been with Genesis HealthCare since August of 2016, when she was originally hired on as the Scheduling Manager.  She was then promoted in November of 2016 to the Director of Admissions and Marketing position.  Lita is currently pursuing her Master's in Social Work (MSW) degree through Campbellsville University, where she is projected to graduate in December 2017.

Amy Ollila-Roach, MS CCC/SLP
Director of Rehabilitation

Amy graduated from Duquesne University of Pittsburgh, PA in 2003 with a Master's degree in Health Sciences to become a Speech Language Pathologist.  She has practiced in skilled nursing for the past 15 years, rehabilitating Residents with deficits in the areas of cognition, speech/language, and dysphagia caused by various neurological disorders.  Amy has been with and committed to Genesis HealthCare and Rehabilitation at Brightwood Center for 11 years.
