Kathy Haddon
Center Executive Director

Kathy graduated from West Liberty State College (now University) and currently holds Nursing Home Administrator licenses in WV, PA and MD in addition to being a licensed Social Worker. Kathy has worked in long term care since 1983 and she is proud to say that she started her career as a nursing assistant. During her nearly 30 years with Genesis, she has worked as an Administrator (previously at Brightwood for 11 years), a floating Administrator, and Regional Human Resource Director and as a Regional Vice President of Operations for over 10 years. She lives in Follansbee with her husband, Bob and near her 4 children, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Her passion is promoting teamwork and cooperation between residents, staff and families and she can often be found spending time with the residents- back where her journey began.

Adrienne Conant, RN
Center Nurse Executive

Adrienne is a registered nurse with an Associates in Applied Science (AAS) degree.  She brings 18 years of long-term and skilled nursing experience to the role of CNE.  Adrienne started with Genesis as a LPN in 2006 until becoming a Registered Nurse (RN), where she worked as Charge Nurse and then spent 5 years as one of Brightwood's Assistant Directors of Nursing.  She has been providing quality care and nursing excellence with Brightwood, Genesis for over 11 years.

Taneka Carayol, LSW
Director of Marketing and Admissions

Taneka graduated from Bethany College with honors in 2016 with her Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) degree, and currently holds an active LSW in West Virginia.  Taneka has been with Genesis HealthCare since April of 2016, when she was originally hired on as the Social Services Specialist.  She was then promoted in June of 2018 to the Director of Admissions and Marketing position.  Taneka is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for all guests and visitors of Brightwood Center.

Amy Ollila-Roach, MS CCC/SLP
Director of Rehabilitation

Amy graduated from Duquesne University of Pittsburgh, PA in 2003 with a Master's degree in Health Sciences to become a Speech Language Pathologist.  She has practiced in skilled nursing for the past 15 years, rehabilitating Residents with deficits in the areas of cognition, speech/language, and dysphagia caused by various neurological disorders.  Amy has been with and committed to Genesis HealthCare and Rehabilitation at Brightwood Center for 11 years.
