Richard Ord
Center Executive Director

Richard has a bachelors degree in Hospital Administrative Service from Weber State University.  He has a minor in Gerontology.  Associate degrees in Marketing and Management.  He was CNA of the Year in Utah and met Governor Levitt.  Richard has worked in LTC since the early 90's and has been an Administrator for 7 years.  He loves working with the elderly and spends time getting to know his residents.  He is their friend first.

Vonnie Rasmussen
Center Nurse Executive

Vonnie has been a Licensed Nurse since 1993.  She has an Associates Degree in Nursing and has worked in various Genesis buildings since 2012 as Director of Nursing/CNE.  She started nursing in an acute care hospital for years but found her passion in Long Term Care.

Dee Foster
Licensed Social Worker

Dee has an AA in Elementary Education and an AA in Sign Language studies.  She graduated with a Social Work B.A. in 1994. Dee has been a licensed social worker since January of 1995.  She has worked with people of all ages throughout her career.  Working in home health and long term care has been Dee’s favorite and most meaningful positions.  In October she hopes to join her yellow lab Daisy in becoming a therapy team so that they can volunteer at the Children's hospital in Boise as well as visit assisted living facilities in the Magic Valley.

Shane Grayson
Director of Rehabilitation Services

Shane has his A.S. as a  Physical Therapist Assistant from Carrington College in Boise, ID and has been licensed since 2014. He spent his first couple years working under 35+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing setting, where he has learned various skills and techniques for working with the geriatric population. Shane is also currently the Head Coach for the Filer High School Baseball program and lives with his Wife, Kelli Grayson, in Filer, ID. “Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional, and mental states.” – Carol Welch
